Meet The BCBA’s

One of Raizy’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with her supervisees, clients, and their families. Completely invested in her clients’ success, Raizy goes the extra mile to ensure that they receive the best possible care. Her caring and nurturing personality, combined with her creativity and relatability, make her a valuable asset to our team.

I’ve been working in the ABA field since 2018 and became a BCBA in 2023 here in Georgia. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege and opportunity to truly see the positive impact ABA can have on families, and I genuinely believe I was meant to be in this field. I’d be crazy not to think I have the best job in the world! What I love most is the rewarding feeling of helping children grow and witnessing their progress firsthand.
Supporting families who often feel unseen is deeply important to me. My favorite population to work with is early intervention (ages 2–5), because of how quickly young children can learn when provided with the right guidance, structure, and encouragement.
Fun Facts:
• My favorite color is green!
• I’m bilingual (Spanish & English)
• I am super active and love playing just about any sport
• I’m a proud boy mom of 2 & wouldn’t want it any other way.

I earned my BCBA at Florida State University in 2002 and I have been a BCBA since then. I love working with families and truly making a difference in their lives. It is very rewarding to see clients make progress and parents learn new skills to use. I thrive on teaching others how to specifically incorporate goals into the natural, daily environment. I also love to teach families how to use playtime and day‐to-day routines as learning experiences.
I like working with a large range of client groups. It is nice to have a mix of different age groups on my caseload. My passion has always been early intervention.
I love the beach, traveling, boating, and spending time with my family and dog.

I love being a BCBA and helping children increase their functional communication skills. It is my passion to help children communicate their wants and needs. I have worked with a variety of children across many age groups. My preferred client group are clients who struggle with functional communication and using various strategies to help increase their communication skills.
Outside of work, I am passionate about animals and advocating for animal rescue. I have 6 rescue dogs and one cat who I share my home with along with a very patient husband. I also have two grown stepsons who I adore and am proud to share in their journey.

My favorite reinforcers to use in ABA are social reinforcers as they help the child continue to build skills while accessing reinforcement as well as building the relationship between myself and the child.
In my free time, I love producing electronic dance music and being a music lover, I have used music and dance in treatment as well. Most kiddos love listening and dancing to music.
We even used dance parties as a fun social reinforcing activity!
Next to making and enjoying music, I love traveling and spending time with my family.

Today, I love what I do. Working with kids—especially those between 7 and 15 years old—brings me so much joy, and being able to make meaningful impacts on families is something I never take for granted. My favorite reinforcer is a McDonald’s iced French vanilla coffee, my favorite color is teal, and when I’m not working, you can usually find me kayaking through the natural springs of Florida, soaking in the quiet and the sunshine.
Care You Crave
Meet The Support Team

I earned my Masters in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in Boston and then passed my BCBA exam shortly thereafter. Throughout my years in ABA as an RBT and BCBA, I’ve worked in a variety of settings and with varying ages of children and young adults. I always knew that I valued compassionate and empathetic care. I am very passionate about making sure all of the kids and families that I work with are heard and valued and we do all we can to help support them to be the happiest and most successful versions of themselves. Everyday is a good day supporting our clients and families.
Outside of work, I love running, travelling to new places and going to the beach whenever I can!

My name is Brittany, and I was born in Massachusetts, raised in Ohio, and now live in Georgia. My path to working in ABA wasn’t a straight line. I have an eclectic mix of career experience and originally started college majoring in psychology. After working a summer job in a daycare, which I absolutely loved, I switched gears and changed my major to Early Childhood Education. Working with a few special needs students as an educator sparked a passion that has continued to shape my career.
After moving to Georgia in 2023, that passion led me into the ABA field. I began working as an RBT and quickly moved into a hybrid clinical and administrative role. That transition felt like the right fit, as I leaned more into the administrative side of things, I found my strengths were in leadership, organization, and behind the scenes support rather than on the clinical side. I enjoy supporting teams, organizing systems, and making sure everything is running as it should be day-to-day. I love what I do and take a lot of pride in putting all the pieces together to ensure children and families are receiving the best services possible.
I truly value the work we are doing at Regency ABA and enjoy being part of helping the company grow and flourish. There is a strong sense of collaboration between the clinical and operational sides, and that teamwork is a big part of what makes our team feel so connected.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, painting and creating different forms of art, and going on new adventures with my partner and our two kids. A few fun facts, my favorite foods are sushi and sashimi, my favorite sport to play is baseball and my favorite animal is the goose.

As a Clinical Recruiter, I love being able to connect RBTs with clients and families where they can really thrive. Having a nursing background gives me a strong appreciation for the work our clinicians do and the heart it takes to do it well. My experience in management helps me support both the people and the process behind the scenes.
I believe relationships matter, communication should feel human, and everyone deserves to feel supported in their role. Helping build strong teams and meaningful connections is the most rewarding part of what I do. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me reading, teaching a naturopathic class, or spending time with my family.

Professionally, I studied accounting and built my career in the non-profit sector, working on accounting teams that supported numerous organizations doing vital, life-changing work in our communities. That experience—ensuring financial health for causes that make a real difference—has been invaluable in preparing me for my role at Regency ABA. Here, I oversee our financial operations, helping to sustain and grow a company dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and their families. I find this work deeply meaningful, as it allows me to contribute to empowering young individuals to reach their full potential while supporting the incredible team that makes it all possible.
In my free time, I love to cook—experimenting with flavors from around the world that remind me of my travels—and I have a great passion for comedy, whether catching a show or enjoying a good laugh to keep life light and joyful.I’m honored to be part of the Regency ABA family, where we truly make a positive difference every day!

Combining my management experience with the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children on the spectrum and their families, is incredibly satisfying. My interest in this field began through a friend who founded a successful training and recruiting company specifically for teenagers on the spectrum.
I value the dynamic at Regency ABA, where we focus on growing our clinical expertise and expanding our operational impact. Our team truly feels like a family.
I have great admiration for our founders, Raizy and Isaac Schwartz; Raizy pioneered our unique “Holistic ABA Model of Care” (HAMOC). This model integrates several proven concepts into a comprehensive package to drive exceptional outcomes, and our goal is to continue growing this impact in the years to come.
I live in Brooklyn, New York, with my family and enjoy reading, studying history, spending time with my family and friends, visiting my old domicile Amsterdam, and continuously improving Regency ABA.
One fun fact about me? I have a major weakness for mascarpone, cream and strawberry desserts!
