Our Process
How Our ABA Process Works
From Diagnosis to Success
Starting ABA Therapy can feel overwhelming at first. Our goal is to make each step clear, supportive, and manageable so you always know what comes next.
Step 1: Confirm an Autism Diagnosis
ABA Therapy requires a formal Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis. If your child does not yet have one, we can help guide you toward a qualified psychologist for a comprehensive evaluation and next-step recommendations.
Once you have a diagnosis identified, we can start the intake process.

Step 2: Connect With Our InTake Team
Reach out to share your child’s needs and ask any questions you may have. From the very first conversation, we focus on listening, understanding, and helping you feel supported.
You’ll complete intake paperwork and speak with our team so we can learn more about your child’s history, strengths, and challenges. This helps us begin building a clear picture of how to best support your family.
Step 3: Insurance and Benefits Review
We verify your insurance coverage and explain what to expect regarding authorizations and approvals. Our team helps navigate requirements so you can focus on your child, not the paperwork.

Step 4: Comprehensive BCBA Assessment
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes a detailed assessment to identify your child’s current skills, developmental needs, and priority goals. This evaluation forms the foundation of your child’s therapy plan.
Step 5: Individualized Treatment Plan
Based on the assessment, we create a personalized, family-centered treatment plan. Goals are measurable, meaningful, and designed to support communication, behavior, and daily living skills.

Step 6: Scheduling and Team Assignment
Once services are authorized, we build a therapy schedule that works for your family. You’ll be introduced to your therapy team and understand how sessions will be structured.
Step7: Therapy Begins
ABA Therapy starts with consistent sessions, ongoing collaboration, and regular progress updates. We adjust goals as your child grows, ensuring therapy remains effective and aligned with your family’s priorities.
